DePaul Employment and Training Program (DETP) was created to assists the unemployed society with job skills and academic or vocational training essential to long term, upward mobile employment opportunities. DETP addresses those obstacles through case management, employability and soft skills training on a case by case basis.

DETP introduces character building techniques, integrity, social and workplace standard codes of conduct, image and attitude, and reinforces acceptable more conducive to the welfare of society. DETP was created to meet the needs of 21st century job seekers. The objective of this program is to locate all available resources as a key tool to assist the participant in becoming successful through job search, gainful employment and/or academic or vocational training. Participants are individually matched to resources and offered support for the length of the program. Transitional volunteer services, job training are offered in a closely monitored environment.
