There are so many opportunities for us to be the hands and feet of Christ right here in our own neighborhoods and cities! In 2010, the poverty rate in Michigan rose to the highest in at least four decades. There is a lot that needs to be done; people need our help, now!
St. Vincent de Paul-Detroit has a growing Youth and Young Adult Program, and we are looking to expand! Our Youth and Young Adult Coordinators are looking to get more youth groups across the Diocese of Detroit involved in meeting the needs of the poor in our Diocese.
